Privacy policy

LinguaHub Institute is a language training institute in Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu, India. We run this app so students can see our courses and contact us. If you have any question about your details, write to linguahubinstitute@gmail.com or call +91 70100 53348.

Only what we need to answer you:

• Your name, mobile number and email address.
• Your town or city, so we can suggest online or offline classes.
• The language and course you are interested in, and anything you write in an enquiry.
• If you sign in with Google: your name and email address from that account. We never see your Google password.

We do not ask for payment details in this app, and we do not collect your exact location from your phone.

• To call or message you back about your enquiry or demo class.
• To tell you about batch timings for the course you asked about.
• To keep you signed in and show your enquiries in your profile.

We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for advertising.

Only the companies that run this app for us: Supabase (the database that stores your account and enquiries), Vercel (the hosting for the website) and Google (only if you choose to sign in with Google). They act on our instructions. We also share details with the telecom or messaging service that delivers your login code.

We keep your account and enquiries while you use LinguaHub, so we can follow up on your course. If you ask us to delete them, we remove them within 30 days, except where we must keep records by law.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, you can:

• Ask what details we hold about you.
• Correct anything that is wrong, or edit it yourself under Profile.
• Ask us to delete your account and enquiries.
• Withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us.

Email linguahubinstitute@gmail.com and we will reply within a reasonable time. You may also complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

The app saves your login and your choices (such as your language) on your own device so you stay signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

If you are under 18, please use the app together with a parent or guardian, and ask them before sending us your details.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated policy.
